The biological proprieties are very important in knowing and using of dental casting alloys and acrylicresins in dental prosthodontics. Dental materials can have a certain influence on the structures of the oral cavity and can be changed by factors from the oral environment.
Those chemical components can be locally and systemically distributed and can play an important role in the etiology of oral and systemic pathological changes. In t his a rticle, t he authors suggest an analysis of the possibilities to evaluate the biological characteristics of dental casting alloyd and acrylic resins used in prosthodontics based on some dates from literature.
