metastasis consecutive to oral malignant tumors
should be made with:
cervical benignant tumors:
cystic tumors: the sebaceous cyst, the suprahyod ranula;
carotic glomus and neurogenic tumors;
salivary gland tumors;
vascular tumors: hemangioma, lymphangioma, arterial-venous malformation, aneurism;
neural tumors: neurofibroma, schwannoma;
lipomas;
fibromas.
