The authors of the book entitled “ALKALOIDS. REPRESENTATIVES. BIOACTIVITY”, Assoc. Prof. dr. eng. Camelia Soldea and Lecturer dr. eng. Anca Mihaela Mocanu belong to the teaching staff of the Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Environmental Protection, Technical University “Gheorghe Asachi” of Iasi, Department of Organic, Biochemical and Food Engineering. The book is devoted to a very interesting subject for both scientific research and university education, that of natural bioactive compounds – the alkaloids.
