Considering the scope of the study, the questions that should be answered and the hypotheses to be confirmed/ refuted were the following:in various (territorial, occupational, school) collectivities of the district of Iaşi, the demographic behavior depends on: age of the woman,
religion, ethnics, residence environment (urban/rural), level and duration of general and professional education, occupation, the actual trend observed being a decrease in the number of children, mainly comparatively with the previous generations;whichever the aspects differentiating the groups here under investigation, women have only scarce information on topics like demographic behavior and family planning; However, women are interested in obtaining information on these aspects.
