The study discusses a clinical case with multiple affections of the dento-periodontal and bone support, of the intra and interarcadic and cranio-mandibular relations provoked by the absence of a thorough treatment and by a fragmentary approaching of the health problems of the patient. A complex strategy of implanto-prosthetic rehabilitation, morpho-functional recovery, contention and maintenance was elaborated for solving the health and work problems the patient suffered from.
