SHORT AND NARROW IMPLANTS FOR RETREATMENT OF A CASE OF PERI-IMPLANTITIS WITH EXTENSIVE BONE DEFECTS IN THE MANDIBLE. A CLINICAL CASE

Abstract:

The following clinical case shows a failure of a lower rehabilitation on implants in which peri-implantitis has caused considerable bone defects in several points of the mandible, so that retreatment with implants has been carried out, trying at all times to minimise the number of interventions, as well as to make the patient as comfortable as possible during the replacement process, by placing immediately loaded prostheses on the new implants.
