Minimal traumatic brain injury (mi-TBI) associated with occupational whole-body vibration (WBV) is an under-recognized condition that can lead to cumulative oxidative stress and progressive neurodegeneration. This paper discusses strategies for valorizing biomedical research on oxidative stress biomarkers—superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), glutathione peroxidase (GPX), and malondialdehyde (MDA)—in the context of WBV-induced minimal TBI and dental aspects. By translating laboratory findings into occupational health practice, the study aims to strengthen early diagnostic tools, preventive programs, and interdisciplinary collaboration to mitigate long-term neurological effects among exposed workers.
