There are a lot of possibilities for treating children and adolescents with a traumatic penetrating dental lesion. Among them, prosthetic means in this material get attention, depending on the degree of apical closure, a fact sustained in this study. Having an increased stability and resistance compared to any other dental restoration, prosthodontic means were structured by the authors depending on the personal classification of the type of penetrating fractures discovered at clinical and para-clinical examas.
