For a permanent improvement of the quality of the medical services offered to patients, satisfaction questionnaires are employed, as they provide to medical providers important information on patient’s perception about the quality of medical action. We elaborated a satisfaction questionnaire which contains all three types of indices (structural, process and result), to be subsequently applied in both general and monospecialized hospitals. In this respect, its statistical validation is first necessary as a degree of precision of the measure of characteristic to be measured.
