Wear of a tooth surface is a multifactorial and challenging problem to diagnose and manage. Identification of the etiology of worn dentition is complex, requiring an interdisciplinary approach. The long-term success of prosthodontic rehabilitation will depend on dentist’s ability to successfully assess occlusal vertical dimension, aesthetic and functional demands of the patient, and patient compliance to maintain good oral hygiene, use of the occlusal appliance and attending periodic care visits. In this case report, a 62 year-old man presented to the prosthodontics clinic to improve his smile and chewing ability. Comprehensive case history, clinical and radiographic examinations were established to collect the necessary data for a treatment plan. A full-mouth rehabilitation was accomplished in sequenced treatment phases.
