CAPITALIZING ON HUMAN RESOURCHE IN THE HEALTH SYSTEM

Abstract:

Human resource management has to identify and promptly apply the adequate, real and effective techniques and methods in order to limit the migration of the medical staff in quantitative and value parameters in order not to disturb the activity of the health system. The capitalization of health specialists (doctors, nurses, technicians, and others) becomes the major opportunity that geometrically progressive turns into a dominant vector of the policies which aim at consolidating of the population.
